Workshop for Early Career Researchers: Five Commonalities of High Performing Teams

In this online workshop we will hear from Juko-Mart Kõlar who will present a practical case study on navigating the complexities of building and managing a diverse team in a fiercely competitive landscape. He will outline strategies and techniques for fostering an environment where every team member comprehends their role in achieving objectives and where efficient coordination mechanisms are ingrained in the daily culture.

Participants of the first ENLIGHT Incubator Week met online

The webinar introduced participants to the topic of Internationalisation of the Curricula/ Internationalisation at Home and initiated match-making between programmes.

The Incubator Week is a newly developed staff training and networking event which will culminate in an on-site week at the University of Göttingen, 13-17 May 2024. On Friday, 19 April 2024, the participants have met for a preparatory webinar.

The Incubator Week aims to facilitate programme-specific networking for future cooperation, create room for learning about and discussing curriculum internationalisation in the ENLIGHT network, and offer the opportunity to work with peers. The programme is designed for academics and staff interested in internationalisation and aims to support participants in the development of a first action plan for their institution and to put them in the position to act as multipliers at their home universities.

This years’ edition is the first time a staff training is carried out in the framework of an ERASMUS+ funded Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in the network.

Erasmus + agreement was signed between the 10 universities of the ENLIGHT network

The multilateral Erasmus+ agreement will enable ENLIGHT students from all disciplines to participate in student mobility as well as short-term mobility within the framework of blended intensive programmes (BIP).

So far, students participating in 30 BIPs that were jointly developed by ENLIGHT partners benefited from the agreement. 15 more blended programmes are already announced for 2024/2025, among them new courses as well as iterations of learning initiatives that already proved to be successful in the past.

The Erasmus+ agreement has been concluded for the years 2024-2027.
