Lifelong learning

Lifelong learning

An important part of ENLIGHT's mission is the promotion of lifelong learning (LLL), empowering individuals to continuously develop their knowledge and skills in response to evolving societal challenges. In ENLIGHT, a lifelong learner is an individual who actively engages in acquiring knowledge and skills throughout their entire life, starting at birth and continuing across their lifespan. This self-driven process encompasses both formal education and informal opportunities, emphasizing personal growth, adaptability, and the continuous pursuit of new competencies beyond traditional schooling.

Since ENLIGHT aims to establish an open integrated space for all learners, embedding LLL in different ENLIGHT ecosystems and educational activities is supported by all members of the alliance.
