Summary
The Uppsala University Innovation Partnership Office invites you to attend a Staff Week on Impactful Collaboration between 15 and 17 October 2024.
Staff working with external collaboration are invited to exchange ideas and experiences regarding collaboration between universities and external partners.
This Staff Week features workshops and presentations about the ENLIGHT universities’ varieties of methods and tools for sparking impactful innovation. We have also included visits to the Innovation Partnership Office, Gustavianum (Uppsala University museum) and the Museum Biotopia.
Participants are expected to present their university’s best practices and actively participate in the workshops designed to develop ENLIGHT’s challenge data-base.

15 October: REFLECTION
During the first day we will focus on our shared experiences from the pilot phase of ENLIGHT and ENLIGHT RISE. We will look at methods and tools that we have tested and what kind of impact they had.

16 October: INSPIRATION
Day two we will share our best practices and methods with each other. Representatives from each university will presents two of their collaboration methods for impactful innovation.

How to apply
Please apply by filling out the application form. The deadline for application is 30 June 2024, but we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Places are limited to 20 participants. In the first instance, we would like to see two participants per partner university within ENLIGHT. If we do not receive two participants per university, the places will be filled with applicants from one of the other ENLIGHT universities. Priority will be given to individuals who have participated in ENLIGHT RISE.
Please provide a motivation for why you should participate in this Staff Week and what best practices you will present from your home university. This will be used for potential selection purposes.
The first selection will be announced early July.

Accommodation |
Participants will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation and travel to Uppsala. Please do not make any arrangements until we have confirmed that you have been accepted. |
Additional information |
Uppsala University will cover the costs for lunch and programme activities and there is no participation fee.
Contact your Erasmus Coordinator at your home university for assistance on how to apply for Erasmus funding in order to participate.
