Impact of ENLIGHT on partner

In addition to strengthening sustainability in ENLIGHT, an important goal is the exchange of best practices between the partners. In order to transfer best practices from one ENLIGHT partner site to another, the partners use a so-called ‘frontrunner approach’ through ‘tandem partnerships’.

Over the past few years, this supportive structure of the Green Network has made it possible to successfully implement numerous joint sustainable policies in ENLIGHT as well as specific projects and measures at the individual universities. Some of these successful processes were based on the close cooperation between the partner universities that existed before ENLIGHT was founded.
