ENLIGHT includes a Work Package aiming to understand how and to what extent the unfolding of the project will trigger a transformation in its direct stakeholders and also, in the medium run, in European Higher Education.
The Work Package Impact differs from the Quality Assurance in the Work Package Management & Quality, but complements it at the same time. Impact is related to long-term outcomes generating positive value to different stakeholders, whereas Quality refers to key performance indicators and other project-advancement results.
The universities of the Basque Country and Göttingen, together with Ghent University and the University of Bordeaux, wish to give rise to an impact-directed culture at ENLIGHT partners. To this end they will organise several public sessions to present and discuss impact assessment examples carried out in our universities. This will help participants better understand and frame the concept of impact, its constituent elements and advantages.
