Summary
The University of Göttingen offers yearly a staff training week (3-4 days) in May. This event is designed for HR development staff. Tandems are welcome, especially to break down possible mobility barriers. The programme focuses on different HR development themes like talent management, modern HR management and strategic instrument and more. The programme consists of presentations, discussions, interactive sessions and social activities. Participants are invited to share best practice (different formats). A B2 level in English is recommended or follow the idea to participate as tandem.
