Institutions should monitor and periodically review their programmes to ensure that they achieve the objectives set for them and respond to the needs of students and society. These reviews should lead to continuous improvement of the programme. Any action planned or taken as a result should be communicated to all those concerned.
Current Practice
Public program and faculty annual reports
As part of the PDCA continuous improvement cycle, all the faculties of the UPV/EHU carry out an annual process of analysis, reflection and decision-making. On the one hand, the degree coordinators carry out an annual review of each program, issuing a report with an analysis of indicators, actions carried out and an improvement action plan for the following year. These reports are made public on the website of each degree program. In the same way, the dean's teams of the faculties carry out the same process of analysis and review of their process management system. All this work is reflected in an aggregate form in an annual report that is also published on the faculty's website. By way of example, the monitoring reports of two degree programs are shown below:
