Institutions should have a policy for quality assurance that is made public and forms part of their strategic management. Internal stakeholders should develop and implement this policy through appropriate structures and processes, while involving external stakeholders.
Current Practice

The process management system of each faculty is the fundamental basis for the academic and administrative management of each faculty and incorporates a strategic reflection procedure based on the institutional strategic plan. The following are two examples, which can be extended to all faculties:
