Summary

5-day onsight training focuses on different aspects of lifelong learning and e-learning. Peer-to-peer interactions with colleagues give an opportunity to discuss the concept of lifelong learning University as well as continuing education for different target groups e.g training courses for professional development, micro-credentials, Youth Academy and Third Age University. Participants are also involved in sharing best practices on professional development support for teachers and curriculum development options.
The program is compiled to have enough time for the tours of UT facilities as well enjoy the cultural life of Tartu.

Physical onsight 5 day programme will be followed by online post session on concept of lifelong learning and conclusions of the staff week.
