About
Summary
This Blended Intensive Program (BIP) focuses on key trends and challenges in the internationalisation of higher education, with an emphasis on practical tools and strategic approaches for international offices. Participants will explore topics such as internationalisation at home, cultural diplomacy through academic cooperation, and the strategic development of internationalisation in small EU countries.
The program will also cover practical areas including international student recruitment and global outreach, international marketing of study programs, project management for international relations departments, and mobility opportunities for students with fewer opportunities. Special attention will be given to current developments such as AI in higher education, digital diplomacy, and the digital transformation of mobility processes.

Target Group
This program is primarily designed for staff members working in international relations offices and mobility departments, with a special focus on colleagues from our ENLIGHT partner universities. At the same time, the program is also open to participants from other partner institutions and higher education organisations, interested in internationalisation, Erasmus+ cooperation, and the development of international strategies in higher education.
