We are looking for professor/researcher who has specifics skills in these space areas and who would like to participate to our new and exciting training project or supervise internship students (master 2). The expertise focuses on preclinical space research, health, radiation, confinement, habitability, animal and plant production for life support, environmental control, biosensor adaptations but also on ethics or entrepreneurship for space exploration.

The human presence in space or the exploration of the Moon or Mars requires defining how humans will adapt to these new living conditions (health, cognition, physical activity, psychology). It is also necessary to define the animal and plant food resources necessary to guarantee the quality of human space life includnig nutrition.
In association with others French universities, we are developing a new training project called “BIOSPACE”. This project aims to offer new innovative, attractive, and interdisciplinary training systems to prepare the future “Biospace” professionals. Our project is based on a Master 2, linked downstream to the doctorate, and upstream to awareness or pre-orientation courses in space.
