STAFF WEEKS
Beyond Mobility: Demonstrating the Impact of Internationalisation
About
Summary
This Staff Training Week provides a platform for professional exchange, peer networking and international collaboration among higher education professionals engaged in internationalisation and student support services. The programme will focus on the tangible impact of internationalisation in higher education, exploring how international cooperation translates into sustainable institutional development, stronger partnerships, innovative educational opportunities and long-term collaboration across universities. Drawing on practical experiences and institutional perspectives, participants will reflect on the outcomes of international engagement and the factors that contribute to successful implementation and meaningful impact.
The Staff Training Week will place particular emphasis on the exchange of good practices, encouraging participants to share approaches, experiences and solutions that enhance the quality of services and support provided to students in an increasingly international and diverse academic environment. Through presentations, discussions and interactive formats, the event will foster professional exchange, inspire innovation and strengthen networks across institutions.
