The impact of AI on Business Law
I am looking for partners with expertise or teaching interests in one or more of the following topics: the use of AI in Business Law, the legal challenges of the use of AI in Business, how AI transforms Business Law, how to teach Business Law using AI, among others. The idea is to consider an application to the ENLIGHT Incubator Grant 2026.

I am particularly interested in colleagues who teach at undergraduate or postgraduate level of topics related to the Business Law at Law and/or Business and Economics Faculty. The main objective of the module or course would be the creation of a virtual exchange module with students from multiple institutions working together on shared tasks. The idea is share with students the practical point of view offering academic background and expertise at the same time. The rapid integration of AI in legal technology is transforming business law practices, particularly in contract negotiations and dispute resolution. To this regard, we have to “generate” future professionals with the skills demanded by the main law firms or companies.
