Designing Virtual Exchange: Hands-On COIL Workshop Series for ENLIGHT Educators
ENLIGHT academic staff are invited to join a collaborative online course starting this November to master the methods, course design strategies, and practical tools needed to launch their own Virtual Exchange initiatives. Register by Wed, 21 Oct 2026.
Collaborative online international learning: methods and concepts for designing a virtual exchange
In this course, participants have a chance to
- become familiar with the different phases of a virtual exchange by discussing and documenting ideas for designing their own joint teaching initiative;
- experience, based on their participation in this course together with colleagues from across ENLIGHT, where possible hurdles may lie for their future students and to developed strategies to prevent these in their own virtual exchange;
- name relevant aspects for the preparation and implementation of virtual exchange in their own teaching contexts and evaluate their influence on their course design.
