From 14 February to 18 February, University of Tartu organized an interdisciplinary proposal-writing workshop entitled “Equity and Sustainability”. The workshop took place in the framework of the ENLIGHT project and brought together 33 doctoral students from nine universities via zoom.
The event aimed to provide researchers from the universities of the ENLIGHT network with a platform for cross-disciplinary collaboration. The participants were encouraged to collectively come up with preliminary ideas for interdisciplinary projects under the anchor topic “Equity and Sustainability”. Five labs have been formed, each comprising two senior researchers and up to seven doctoral students.
The labs dealt with such areas as health, wellbeing, environment and technology, and trust in science and education. The list and detailed topics of the labs are available on the home page of the workshop.
