Programme
Preliminary programme
During this staff week we will exchange practices in developing and embedding talent among early career academics between the ENLIGHT universities. We will share the strategies that ENLIGHT universities apply for the spotting and supporting of talent, and discuss how ENLIGHT could become more instrumental as a platform to facilitate this support. The discussion includes support in developing various academic skills, i.e. grant support, as well as support directed at developing didactic skills and fostering societal impact. In this we will consider how to align policy and skill development for career progression of early career academics, and how the ENLIGHT network can become more instrumental in this.
