Summary
Starting PhD supervisors will learn more about how to supervise a PhD trajectory, how to provide feedback, deal with stressed students. Participants will at the end have an individual plan on how to apply what has been learned.

Programme
Preliminary programme
Day 1: General welcome and explanation on (internal) structures for PhDs; first course meeting and preparation for second workshop.
Day 2: MOOC, discussion groupes and second course meeting.
Day 3: PhD students and stress; worksho p on giving feedback; work on indiviudal plan.
Day 4: workshop on inclusive recruitment and selection.
Day 5: workshop inclusive recruitment + role play; closing session.
