IDay is a concept by EIT Health that lets you combine training in innovation process with design challenges provided by real-world actors for change. Work interdisciplinary with fellow students across faculty boundaries to train your innovation-, problem solving- and pitching skills.
 
Challenge provider is SkillMill. SkillMill is an Erasmus+ project that focuses on soft skills, the ability to adapt to and overcome a constantly changing and challenging surrounding community.

The Department of Education at Uppsala University is looking for a PhD student for a project in curricum studies.

Project description: For this PhD position applicants are welcome to submit project plans that investigate Curriculum Studies issues (from pre-school to higher education) relating to research areas that are represented at the Department of Education. We especially welcome proposals on so-called challenge-based teaching on sustainability issues within higher education settings.

The full-time employment will be on a temporary basis for a period of four years and should lead to a dissertation (PhD thesis). Departmental duties (typically teaching and administration) at a level of at most 20% can be included in the position, in which case the employment period will be extended beyond the four years. PhD students are expected to study full-time and actively participate in the department’s activities.

Between 27 August and 24 September the University of Groningen organizes a 3rd 'covid-proof' online edition of the (formerly 'U4Society') Gender Studies Summer School, entitled 'Disturbances and Intervention. Contemporary Practices of Gender Research'. The summer school consists of four lecture sessions and a keynoye lecture. The summer school is open to PhD-students from all the ENLIGHT partners.
